We aim to foster a safe and non-judgmental environment, providing encouragement and guidance every step of the way. By promoting self-awareness, positive mindset/self-talk, effective stress management, and goal setting, we strive to help individuals thrive not only in their athletic pursuits but also in all aspects of their lives. Whether it's helping an athlete heal mentally during the injury recovery process, a team prepare for a big game, assisting a coach in building a positive team culture, or helping a non-athlete manage stress and achieve their personal goals, Zen Game plays a crucial role in optimizing performance and well-being of a diverse set of clients.

We have worked with athletes at all levels of sport, including: youth, high school, collegiate, and professional. We have worked with athletes, coaches, and teams from various sports including: Baseball, Basketball, Golf, Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, Wrestling, and more.
Our Founder
Mark N Bodo
MA, CSPC, CMLC
Mark Bodo, our founder, has not only competed in various sports throughout his existence, he has also served as a coach, official, league administrator, trainer, or mental performance coach for various sports, including: Baseball, Basketball, Football, Golf, Hockey, Lacrosse, and Soccer just to name a few.
Having these diverse experiences provides Mark a unique insight into the needs of athletes, coaches, and teams as related to competition and success on and off the field of play. As an ENFJ Meyer-Briggs personality type, Mark is geared to help others reach their potential and have a positive impact on others.
Mark earned his Masters of Arts in Sport & Exercise Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2012. He has also earned his certificates as a Certified Sports Psychology Coach, Master Life Coach, and Accredited Interscholastic Coach. Mark is a coach member of several athletic governing bodies, has even served as a Coach Trainer for USA Lacrosse, and earned various levels of Coaching certification through each organization.
In 2020, Mark completed a solo bicycle ride over 3,500 miles across the United States from San Francisco, CA to Yorktown, VA. This experience was a test of his mental, physical, and spiritual resiliency and ability to overcome numerous challenges and adversities.
